International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Customs and Duties:

  • Customs clearance is the customer’s responsibility. If your order gets stuck in customs or is returned for any reason, CareQue will not be responsible for refunds or replacements.
  • It is the customer’s obligation to ensure that the products ordered are allowed into their country.
  • Any additional duties or taxes levied by the customer’s country must be paid by the customer.
