How to Brew

1. Add 1 teaspoon of leaves to a cup.
2. Pour over hot water at about 75 to 80°C (let boiling water cool for a minute or two).
3. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes, strain and sip.

Using water that is too hot or steeping for too long can make the tea bitter.
